As a result of a court order, effective April 18, 2022, the CDC’s
January 29, 2021 order requiring masks on public transportation conveyances and at transportation hubs is no longer in effect.
CDC continues to recommend that people wear masks in
indoor public transportation settings at this time.

- Make sure you are up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccines before travel.
- Check your destination’s COVID-19 situation beforehand. State, tribal, local, and territorial governments may have travel restrictions.
- Wearing a mask over your nose and mouth is recommended in indoor areas of public transportation (including airplanes) and indoors in U.S. transportation hubs (including airports).
- Do not travel if you have COVID-19 symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test, or had close contact with a person with COVID-19 and are recommended to quarantine.

Help To Cope with Covid Stress and Anxiety

As we each do our part to safeguard the physical health of our families, friends, coworkers, community, and selves, we must also do the same for our mental health.
To help, the South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH) has gathered some tools and resources to help cope with the stress and anxiety during these uncertain times.

DO
- Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze.
- Avoid close contact (six feet) with people who are unwell.
- Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell.

DON'T
- Touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean.
